Copper.com Lead Management Review

Are you searching for a simple yet powerful CRM software that will significantly improve the way you sell? Copper is a well-known CRM product launched in 2014, with a Google Workspace integration focused on automation and simplicity. Perhaps it does not yet have the requirements to satisfy every client, but it certainly deserves to be considered. During our research, we have learned the profiles of the companies that pick Copper as their CRM system provider.

Copper’s software is a great matching option for clients that are Google-driven and prioritize simplicity. Besides, a complete suite of lead management tools offered by Copper CRM enables the marketing and sales teams to create, store, and nurture new leads in a much simpler manner.

Industries and Companies

Nowadays, Copper is helping about 12000 companies to achieve their goals. Casio, Softbank, Booking, Peugeot, Google, and RHR are just some of them. The main clients of Copper lead management solutions are companies in the advertising, marketing, and public relations sectors. What makes them a good match is that with Copper, marketers entrust a substantial part of their work to the lead management processes and focus more on the creative part. Real estate agents can stay in touch with their clients or schedule an open house regardless of their location, using Android or iOS mobile apps. And there is no need to invest time and money to train and onboard IT specialists since the software is extremely intuitive.

Meta Rating

Customers give Copper high points and choose it over other competitors because it takes less time to get the software installed and costs less money. When deciding on other more popular CRMs, get ready to pay a few weeks for the software installation. With Copper, it will only take a few hours. Plus, as long as it is integrated into almost all communication platforms, there is no need to enter data manually or use the help of IT specialists.

Best Features

With Copper, it’s simple to gather, organize, qualify, nurture, and convert clients since it tracks every step of the customer journey, records it and sends reports on request.

Collect All Data In One Place

Using Gmail, Copper drags valuable information about the leads on one display. While writing an email or simply checking the client’s profile, the system will display all the information available so you can make a complete solid picture of the client. How does it do it? Copper automatically extracts data from all your interactions, so there is no more need to copy and paste it.

Create And Segment All Lead Sources

With its highly adjustable segmentation processes, you can categorize the customers in any way you need. And what is even more impressive is that you can match the conversions to the campaigns that have led your customers to your website.

Send Customized Bulk Messages

Once you are done with customer segmentation, you might want to create and send a targeted email to one or a couple of those lists. To hit them all at once, Copper will personalize bulk emails based on its data.

Monitor Every Lead

Since the system monitors every lead activity, it can quickly analyze its weak and strong points and predict future trends.

Market Share and Forecast

There are about 1700 companies using Copper, and they are mostly situated in the United States and Canada (86%). Some of the biggest ones are Netsmartz, Partners Associates USA Inc., House of Kaizen, and Konverge Technologies Private Limited. Most of them are working in the computer software industry (16%), marketing and advertising (10), and information technology and services (9%). About 75% of its customers are represented by small companies (10-50 employees), 24% are medium size (50-1000 employees), and only a very small part are enterprises (more than 1000 employees).

Having said that, we don’t see any negative trends coming in the following months. Copper is able to meet the demands of the companies with the most whimsical needs. And talking about its competitiveness, Copper goes hand in hand with such enterprises as Infinity.co and HubSpot.com.

  3. Because Copper is user-friendly, teams can easily create enduring CRM habits and practices. With Copper, teams can quickly log interactions, expand business and person records throughout their organization, and create templates for linear, repeating work, regardless of how tech-savvy and process-oriented they are.

  4. Copper is easy to navigate and the email integration is great! I use it for the very basics of my business to track leads. Keeps my leads in a very succinct and manageable pipeline that is easy to update and track. I really enjoy the fact that I can add tasks to my google calendar based on leads.

  5. I would love a possible feature to integrate it to LinkedIn so I can add leads directly from there. Also, I would like if I could easily toggle back and forth between email and copper pipelines.
