Leadsquared.com Lead Management Review
It’s 2013. After working with dozens of clients over the course of 15 months for the company MarketXpander Services, a realization has come. There are several horizontal CRMs on the market that are only intended to track sales representatives; empowering them and increasing sales productivity are only afterthoughts. Businesses are compelled to select rigid, horizontal sales solutions that require further modification to function, which increases TCO and lengthens implementation times. Leadsquared desired to alter this.

Instead of retaining features at the core of the program, a use-case-first design was used to build LeadSquared.
The outcome: A customizable, scalable, market-leading solution with sales empowerment at its core (that adapts to the processes of the clients, not the other way around).

Meta Rating
Ratings are the fly in the ointment for Leadsquared.com. Perfect on the surface, the company has received a pretty low average of 3.56 out of 5 according to Capterra, G2, Trustpilot, and Crozdesk. All four reviewers put Leadsquared.com behind other leading lead management solutions, such as Callrail, Hubspot, and Copper.
Best Features
Leadsquared simplifies workflow to the point of automation, when everything is in the right place, and you are fresh for key strategic decisions.
Complete Lead Tracking
Despite dozens of features integrated into Leadsquared.com, the system is easy to manage. Every sub-section contains graphics along with short explanations to onboard novices in the shortest time.

Sales Notifications
From the very first acquaintance with your brand and up until conversion, you can customize your sale pipeline however you see fit depending on the collected data.

Role Based Permissions
Leadsquared.com is one of the very few solutions on the market that offer a timeless free plan, up to 2 seats. The free plan is limited, but it’s more than enough to get the hang of some of the features and get the overall idea of the software.

Integrations
The software is designed to save you as much time as possible through automation and customization. Most of the features can be run automatically after being set up once.

Market Share and Forecast
With over 152,000 customers across the globe and a market capitalization of $4.63 billion, Leadsquared.com is a behemoth in cloud-based management solutions, and the situation is unlikely to change in the nearest future.
Traded on Nasdaq as MNDY, Leadsquared.com’s stock price is expected to grow in the next 12 months, with a median price of $150 and the lowest estimate of $115, as opposed to the current price of around $105 per share, according to money.cnn.com.
Last but not least, as the graph below shows, Semrush search volume for Leadsquared is comparable to its competitors, signifying a decent level of interest in the product in normal users.

Customer Reviews
Decent call tracking software with a fine price
- Intuitive UI
- Instant chat support
- A lot of lead information is accessible
- A bit unclear reporting documentation
- Setting up certain features might be challenging
- Some tracking numbers often receive spam calls
Lead Squared is the ideal software for customer relationship management needs since it integrates with Orderhive, Ameyo, and Zoom Pro.
I personally didn’t like the fact that when you sort certain leads according to one criterion, they constantly stay there even after refreshing the page.
Although Lead Squared has great features, the user interface and user experience are not up to par. Navigating through certain features can be challenging. However, the call tracking feature is exceptional as it allows me to monitor my Sales Team’s productivity and identify areas for improvement in lead conversions.
The server often causes inaccuracies and slowness, resulting in limited functionality. However, installation and usage through a web browser is simple and convenient.
