    I personally didn’t like the fact that when you sort certain leads according to one criterion, they constantly stay there even after refreshing the page.

  3. Although Lead Squared has great features, the user interface and user experience are not up to par. Navigating through certain features can be challenging. However, the call tracking feature is exceptional as it allows me to monitor my Sales Team’s productivity and identify areas for improvement in lead conversions.

  4. The server often causes inaccuracies and slowness, resulting in limited functionality. However, installation and usage through a web browser is simple and convenient.

  5. Many features are available in LeadSquared’s offering. Lead management is the most evident. The finest aspect is that you can decide whether to route leads through an automation journey or a drip campaign journey. Additionally, LSQ features a large number of third-party connectors available via APIs that enable you to utilize the services of any contracted third parties, including cloud telephony, email service providers, and SMS service providers.

  6. Informative reporting is a very storng point of LeadSquared. We use it to create sales and maketing reports. This tool includes the best email campaign reports we used to use for the marketing staff… It allows us to use our own design of landing pages.

  7. Some restrictions in the basic plan might not be obvious but there are, so you should read the term and conditions with caution. The Customer Service team follows up very closely your cases and makes a great effort to solve your issues. Before start working with email campaigns on LeadSquared, you to trainsome time and check the documentation in order to get the best out this tool.
