  1. You must learn how to modify reports because the system is quite thorough and contains a ton of data. However, once you’re inside the system, using it becomes simpler. You just need to understand the ropes and the several locations where to address one feature or issue because some of the processes might be tiresome at times. If this is your first time using the system, you could find this annoying at times, but the support staff is excellent at addressing issues, and I’ve never had a bad experience with them.

  2. The program is very useful and offers excellent customer support. If and when we have any problems or inquiries, they are always resolved satisfactorily and within a few hours.

  3. Some tools might be a bit hard to figure out how to use. There needs to be a better user experience, but I’m sure that the UI will make it easy for new people to learn quickly.
