Vtiger connects it all so that the collected customer data is accessible and meaningful to all members of your team.

Helpdesk, marketing, and sales automation reduce manual work to the minimum, taking the heat off employees to leave them fresh for strategic decisions.

Integrations
Being able to integrate with over 500 business applications, including Gmail, Google, Microsoft Outlook, Twitter, and many more, Vtiger CRM is one of the most easily implemented lead management solutions on the market.

Elaborate Alert System
The greater the control over the leads you have, the more sales you can make. Every alert you get is value-driven.

Flexible Pricing
Mixed pricing allows you to pay only for what you use, instead of standard plans. Besides, you can go for the One Pilot no-strings-attached plan to test the CRM for free.

Market Share and Forecast
The market share of Vtiger is about 0.1%, which is normal for CRM solutions aimed at small and mid-scale businesses. Among the best alternatives are Salesforce, Hubspot, and Zoho, all reviewed on our website. On a different note, Vtiger has its own sales forecasting tool to predict the estimated sales revenue based on customizable forecast scenarios and metrics, such as Pipeline, Gap, Quota, and Closed Won.
Last but not least, Vtiger can boast an eightfold direct traffic volume compared to that of ReallSimpleSystems, and four times more direct traffic than Sharpspring, which signifies a high and unwavering interest in Vtiger’s lead management software among new customers.

Vtiger may be good as a CRM platform, but it does have tangible drawbacks as a lead management solution. API being the sole way to customize, a limited number of API calls per day, and the absence of detailed guides barring the instruction explaining what you already see on the screen made it average for me. Therefore, for anyone willing to try Vtiger, I would recommend starting with a free plan (it’s limited, but still) to see if it lives up to your expectations.
Other than the dashboard begging for a revamp, Vtiger is pretty solid, with lots of features and integrations. That said, it may not be easy to use for users with no prior experience.
In terms of both Sales Automation and Sales funnel, it meets or exceeds the vast majority of our needs. Keeping track of customers and responding to their concerns is a breeze with the help of the reporting tool, which is one of the nicest tools I’ve come across. I liked that we could adjust the settings in the free version of Vtiger to suit our needs.
In addition to the thorough information offered, the VTIGER setup is amazing; all of the data you need is displayed on a screen, and you can simply execute a search and a worldwide registration.
I wish I had kept better notes on my interactions with customers. Especially with Signal, Telegram, and Whatsapp, I see this as a genuine trend.
