Hi, my name is Joel Mudd, and I'm a professional content writer with over a decade of expertise in cutting-edge marketing. To assist businesses adapt to the rapidly evolving digital landscape, I like teaching others about lead distribution, email, and phone tracking. I am regularly published in industry periodicals and am continuously on the lookout for novel approaches to helping enterprises.
Not only is Zoho’s CRM smooth, but also its lead management system, enabling customer tracking, distribution, and analytics to further improve the sales funnel. The only thing I don’t like is delays with support. May be a deal-breaker for some businesses.
Truth be told, Zoho is the first solution for leads in my life. That said, I’m more than satisfied with the value I’ve got so far. I was able to streamline the whole lead generation process, spot some weaknesses in my strategy, and test something I thought might help the conversion.
Although I don’t have any significant complaints about the this lead management solution, I do have a few feature requests. Zoho Mail would be a market leader if it could smoothly interact with other CRMs via Zapier or another solution. Zoho may also redesign its user interface to make it more aesthetically pleasing thanks to a retina ready design framework.
I’ve been using Zoho CRM for a while, and I truly value how it has made my everyday tasks more efficient. This software is quite user friendly, from its well-organized inbox structure to its ability to quickly create messages while on the road and set reminders for chores! Additionally, ZOHO’s spreadsheets are a huge assistance in compiling MIS data from different department heads and in monitoring organizational goals. It would be fantastic if you guys could include such suggestions into future updates as the program is always improving and has lots of space to improve some capabilities that make life simpler during stressful moments at work.
Zoho CRM provide high level of customization, we can create multiple workflows, custom field and modules according to our needs.
Integration is easy and it provide wide range of third party tool for integration. Zoho offers a range sales automation tool as well.
There is a high price tag for the product and customer assistance is sluggish to reply
